I have nearly finished my study in Cert 3 in Individual Support.

I am a mature aged student of 60 yrs. have gone back to study and have found the course to be easy as they have the best trainer. They have real life skills and are able to give valuable scenarios to help illustrate the course content.

Ready to start my placement soon.

Looking forward to working in the industry soon.

Pamela has been an excellent trainer. She has found a good balance of providing support whilst still promoting self motivation and encouraging students to think for themselves, which sometimes requires a good deal of persistence and skill.

Her huge amount of experience in relevant fields is evident and has given us insight into how the theory we learn is relevant and can be applied on the job
